The use of this website and the location service (hereinafter the "Service") implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (T&C), the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with current legislation and not to use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Service description

The Service allows tracking the location of a person who has given their consent, by sending an SMS with a confirmation link. Only if the recipient expressly accepts will their location be shared at that time.

Payment does not guarantee obtaining a location. If the mobile phone is turned off, stolen, or the link is not accepted, it will not be possible to obtain the location.
